Standards Resources
Due to the reorganization of standards, there are 3 standards not being covered in mySci units this year, including 4-ESS3-2 (MLS ESS3.A.1), 4-ESS2-2 (MLS.ESS2.B.1), and 2-ESS2-3 (MLS 2.ESS2.C.1). However, these standards will be included in the final revisions. Below are resources which can be used to supplement these standards:
- 4-ESS3-2
- 4-ESS2-2
- 2-ESS2-3
Revision Tracker
Additionally, here is a resource which includes all of the units with proposed NGSS and MLS standards. As we continue to revise units, we will update this document to include any missing information (N/A).
- Note:
- Standards may show up in multiple units in order to address elements of the 3 dimensions adequately, and in service of storylines that include multiple domains.
- Standards are subject to shift based on storylinine decisions, but all standards (NGSS and MLS) will be addressed completely in the appropriate grade level.
We will continue to be in communication with you over the next few weeks and throughout the 2023-24 school year as new units continue to be developed. We look forward to beginning the implementation of these new storylines with you!
